MCP setup

idelot is available as a remote MCP server with browser-based authorization.

Server URL

https://mcp.idelot.net

Use the root URL. Do not append /mcp.

Setup

  1. Open the MCP or connector settings in your client.
  2. Add a remote MCP server.
  3. Enter the idelot server URL.
  4. Continue to the browser when prompted.
  5. Sign in with GitHub and approve access.

Authentication

idelot uses OAuth 2.1 Authorization Code with PKCE. Access is associated with your idelot account. API keys and manually configured authorization headers are not used.

Troubleshooting

If the tools do not appear, confirm that the URL does not include /mcp, reconnect the server, and complete the authorization flow again.
